A complex audit of an enterprise with expert conclusions on its current financial state, financial and tax risks connected with acquisition of an enterprise allowed future investors to objectively assess the profitability of planned investments.
Tax audit of a large industrial holding provided by Gradient Alpha experts prior to the field tax inspection helped to prevent serious penalties in regard to the income tax and VAT.
