1995 – Pavel Gagarin brought five financial experts together to found Gradient Alpha.

1998 – Financial meltdown in Russia and financial consulting became a high-demand service. Gradient Alpha expanded and moved offices to a new and spacious location.

2002 – Gradient Alpha began charitable work: our first projects were devoted to working with children.

2005 – Gradient Alpha listed as one of the largest audit companies in Russia.

2006 – Gradient Alpha’s proven quality in international business leads to its membership of Association of Independent Accountancy and Business Advisory Firms (IAPA).

2007 – We started to diversify business, opened transport department and educational center and started investing in real estate.

2008 – Our company permitted by the Federal Security Service of Russia to work with top-secret information.

2010 – Gradient Alpha Investments Group OJSC was founded.

2014 – Gradient Alpha started to invest in the Russian defence industry and to develop cooperation with state corporations.

2016 – Gradient Alpha’s branch opened in St. Petersburg.

2017 – Gradient Alpha’s workforce has grown 44 times since 1995. Today there are 220 employees.
