A federal transport enterprise contacted us with a range of problems: high personnel turnover, incorrect prioritization; ineffective time-management, and a tense atmosphere. Gradient Alpha specialists conducted an audit of the employees’ management potential, composed individual growth maps and structured basic knowledge of strategiс management. Our client’s employees passed training on time, budgeting, target setting, and prioritizing, all of which were provided by Gradient Alpha training center. We also facilitated business games on teambuilding and executive decision-making. As a result manager loyalty to the company increased, recommendations on employee motivation and managerial talent development were drafted, managers with basic knowledge of how to manage a team were prepared. What’s more, employees felt morale improved.
