Olga Gavrilova

Graduated from the Moscow State University as a Political Psychologist and got Masters degree in Human Resources Management in the State University of Management.

Since joining Gradient Alfa 16 years ago Olga made her way from an HR Manager to the Head of HR Department.

Leads client projects on talent consulting, recruitment, development, motivation and documentation governance of the HR activities.
